This site helps you control your anger or frustrations. These are statistical tools that will help u manage your anger/frustrations by how much you want to keep score of persuing the other person or even rewarding the other person, compared to the person who is annoying you.

Basically, when someone annoys you, and you cannot get away from them, you basically do not attack them for their annoyance, instead you reward someone else. You keep a score, a number between 0 and 100. For example: someone is sarcastic, but you do not like it, suppose that girl is named racheal, instead, you try to reward a friend named jen by 35 points. You do it for every minute.

It could be anybody else really to reward. This is a form of mental proccessing "congitive"  based on real life. When you reward someone, you actually do it. For example, you can call up jen later, and thank her for the cake, she made last time. You should use your judgement, depending on how much you are annoyed. You should do it based on your feelings -- over a 100 means you want to leave your seat.

Suppose you have a friend who says something that you do not like, tries to problem solve,  calls you names when you get upset over little things, interrupts me, gets distracted easily when you are trying to talk, sometimes hurts you physically, when those things occur, instead of snapping back, being sarcastic, yelling, calling names, throwing stuff at her/him, hurt him physically, you can instead use the system.

You reward the other person. You do little nice things. For example: making a call, saying thank you, buying cake and so on. Here are some sample scores for situations. For example: friend tries to problem solve 10%, calls you names 50%, physically attacks you, 90%, but u can reach over a 100 if you want to be nice to someone else with determination.
